And with the arrival of these kings, ancient cultures and religions of different countries have come to India. Throughout the ages Mughal, Afghan, British, French and Portuguese also came to India with different civilizations. So people of different religions are seen living in different places in India. That is why different types of religious temples can be seen in different states and places in India. In this report, we are highlighting the location of 17 important temples in India out of thousands of temples in India, although some temples are big and some are small.

Famous Temple in Jammu and Kashmir State

In Jammu and Kashmir Vaishno Devi Temple of Jammu famous temple in north India. Maa Vaishno Debi temple is India’s second most visited religious temple after Tirumala Venkateswara Temple, which is the most visited temple in India.
